Tablet Stiffener Lamination, Assembly & Inspection Line
A fully automatic line that assembles and laminates tablet stiffener parts and checks their dimensions inline. The stations run in sequence: stainless steel (SUS) sheet assembly with carrier film lamination, copper foil lamination, graphite lamination, graphite waterfall shaping, rolling, pressing and tracing, and filler lamination, with dimension AOI stations after the lamination steps.

AOI software checks each measured item against its lower and upper limits, shows OK/NG for the left and right lines, and records loading and unloading serial numbers
The graphite dimension AOI station also has a 3D camera
