AI Inside the Factory
We put AI inside the factory: on the machine, beside the line, and in the plant's own server room. It helps engineers commission equipment faster, catch defects more reliably, and find the cause when something goes wrong. Your data stays in your plant.
In development The three standard products are in development.

Three standard products, one software stack.
Device
In development
- Where it sits
- At one machine or station
- What it does
- Real-time vision inspection and pass/fail decisions; setup, changeover and defect review for that machine.
Line
In development
- Where it sits
- Beside one production line
- What it does
- Looks across every machine on the line: root cause, parameter recommendations, changeover support, shift reports.
Private cloud · Whole plant
In development
- Where it sits
- Plant server room or company data center
- What it does
- Manages many lines and plants in one place; hosts the heavy model compute.
All three tiers run the same software, now in development. Start with one machine or one line, then extend to the whole plant once it proves out.
Safety boundary
The AI explains, diagnoses and recommends.
Any change to a machine is carried out only after a person approves it.
The AI stays out of the control loop and does not touch safety functions.

What the AI does on the floor
- 01
When false rejects or escapes rise, it lines up vision results, lighting status, upstream process data, shift and material lot, and points to the actual cause.
- 02
For a new product, it walks the engineer through image collection, labeling and training, and drafts the vision recipe and machine parameters.
- 03
Engineers ask in plain language: "Why did Line 3 yield drop two points today?"
Three things that set us apart
- 01
We come from the production line.
Our team has built machine-vision inspection equipment for more than a decade, running in consumer electronics, electric vehicle and battery plants. We know how machines get commissioned and where the floor gets stuck.
- 02
Our AI can see.
Machine-vision inspection is our core trade, so the AI reads machine data and also understands the product and its defects.

Hardware and software together, data stays on site.
Compute runs inside the plant; images and process data do not go to a public cloud. Hardware and software ship as one unit, ready to use.
