Automotive Door-Lock Assembly Line
An assembly line for automotive door locks with an integrated MES. Riveting, oil-spraying, screw-fastening and laser-marking stations have inspection built in and upload results to the MES, so every part can be traced to its process and dimensional parameters. The flexible line can be split and recombined for different models and processes; compared with manual lines it reduces the risk of large-batch scrap and lowers the defect rate.
