Desktop Screw Fastening Machine
A desktop machine for automatic screw fastening, built from an intelligent tightening module, a fixture assembly and a feeder assembly. The operator loads the part on the fixture; the machine positions with a camera, picks up each screw by vacuum and tightens it, and the servo fastening controller displays the torque curve. Several machines can run side by side on one workbench.
