Mobile Phone Final-Assembly Appearance Inspection Line (2D + 3D)
An inline appearance-inspection line for the final-assembly stage of mobile phones. Phone housing assemblies travel on a belt conveyor in protective bumpers, pass a 2D detection station and then a 3D detection station, and are separated into OK and NG at the exit. The 2D station works through an itemized test list of internal components such as screws, springs, snaps, foam and release paper.
