Optical test machines: color, gloss, light-transmission and crosstalk testers (3D animation)
3D-animated overview of seven optical test machines for phone, watch, tablet and desktop parts. Each section shows the machine and then follows a part through loading, code reading, camera positioning, measurement and sorting. Depending on the machine, measurement uses a non-contact color sensor, multi-angle cameras with a backlight, pressure-sealed crosstalk fixtures, a line laser, a transmission sensor or gloss inspection.
Highlights

Automatic code scanning, compatible with different products, loading and unloading without stopping

Inspects product flatness
