All-in-One Computer Display Frame Appearance Defect Inspection Machine
An appearance-defect AOI machine for the display frames of all-in-one computers. The operator loads a frame by hand; the machine inspects the short sides, moves the frame through a transfer station, inspects the long sides and presents it for manual unloading. It checks nut defects, burrs and excess plastic, foam and tape placement, and dimensions with CCD cameras, using AI/ML and CV algorithms.
